Ingredients:
- 1 cup glutinous rice
- 15 ounces coconut milk
- 2 cups sweet corn (whole kernel)
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 cups water
Cooking Directions:
- In a casserole, combine all the ingredients except for the corn.
- Bring to boil, let it simmer for 20 minutes or when the rice is almost cooked
- Add corn.
- Let it simmer for another 10-25 minutes, with constant stirring.
- Serve hot or cold.
